Pound & Paisa is an independent financial education platform for Indians living in the United Kingdom. It is operated by Pamtechno Ltd (Company No. 08260623), a company registered in England and Wales, trading as Pound & Paisa. The platform is run by Prateek Singh. Use of the site

• You may use this site for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
• You must not reproduce, distribute, or republish any content from this site without our written permission.
• You must not use any content from this site for commercial purposes, resale, or redistribution.
• You must not use the site in any way that is unlawful, harmful, or disruptive to other users.

Accounts and membership access

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
• You must not share your account or membership access with any other person.
• Each membership is for a single named user only.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be sharing access or violating these terms without notice or refund.

Paid membership — billing and cancellation

• Inner Circle membership is billed monthly (£9.99/mo) or annually (£79.99/yr) via Stripe, on behalf of Pamtechno Ltd.
• Your membership renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain full access until then.
• We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods unless required by law. See our Refund Policy for full details.
• We reserve the right to change membership pricing with reasonable notice. Founding member rates are locked for as long as the membership remains active and uninterrupted.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your membership within 14 days of purchase and receive a full refund. However, by accessing member content — including tools, calculators, or any Inner Circle material — immediately after purchase, you explicitly acknowledge that you waive this 14-day cooling-off right and agree that your subscription begins immediately. If you do not wish to waive this right, do not access any member content until the 14-day period has elapsed.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — including articles, tools, calculators, newsletters, videos, and design — is the intellectual property of Pamtechno Ltd, trading as Pound & Paisa. You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, or distribute our content in any form without explicit written permission. Unauthorised use may result in legal action.
