Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all paid memberships purchased on Pound & Paisa (poundandpaisa.co.uk), operated by Pamtechno Ltd (Company No. 08260623), registered in England and Wales. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing a membership.
Our memberships
Pound & Paisa offers the following paid membership:
- Inner Circle — Monthly: £9.99 per month, billed monthly, renews automatically.
- Inner Circle — Annual: £79.99 per year, billed annually, renews automatically.
All payments are processed securely by Stripe on behalf of Pamtechno Ltd. You will receive a payment receipt from Stripe at the email address associated with your account.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your membership within 14 days of purchase and receive a full refund — no questions asked.
However, by accessing any Inner Circle member content immediately after purchase — including tools, calculators, deep dives, or any other member-only material — you explicitly waive this 14-day cooling-off right and agree that your subscription begins immediately.
If you do not wish to waive this right, do not access any member content until the 14-day period has elapsed, then contact us at poundandpaisa@gmail.com to cancel and receive a full refund.
Cancellations after the cooling-off period
- You can cancel your membership at any time through your account settings.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain full access to all member content until then.
- We do not offer partial refunds for unused time within a billing period once the cooling-off period has passed.
- Annual memberships cancelled after the 14-day cooling-off period are not eligible for a pro-rata refund for the remaining months.
Exceptional circumstances
We consider refund requests outside the standard policy on a case-by-case basis in genuine exceptional circumstances — for example, a serious illness or a technical failure on our part that prevented access to member content. To submit a request, email us at poundandpaisa@gmail.com with your account details and a description of the circumstances. We aim to respond within 5 business days.
Duplicate charges and billing errors
If you believe you have been charged in error or charged twice, contact us immediately at poundandpaisa@gmail.com. We will investigate promptly and issue a full refund where a billing error is confirmed. Please include your Stripe payment receipt in your email to help us resolve it quickly.
How refunds are processed
- All approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at purchase.
- Refunds are processed via Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card provider.
- We do not issue refunds by bank transfer, cheque, or any method other than the original payment method.
Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us directly before raising a chargeback with your bank or card provider. Most issues can be resolved quickly by emailing us. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in the immediate suspension of your account. Your statutory rights under UK consumer law are not affected by this policy.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If you are unsatisfied with how we have handled your refund request, you may contact the Citizens Advice consumer helpline or refer the matter to an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) scheme.
